My name is Margery "Marvelous" Alexis and I am an aspiring entertainment attorney. I am currently in law school and having a background in the entertainment industry as both a vocalist and a business leader, I am on my way to distinguishing myself from other entertainment attorneys.

As an artist myself, I understand the needs and logistics of the art form and business. Such experience will allow me to be a more effective attorney and empathize with my clients.

By developing this blog, I will keep readers informed about the major issues and concerns regarding the entertainment industry including information about any changes or insights in the law in regards to music artists and entertainment companies about their intellectual property.

I am extremely excited to share my experiences as an artist myself. I look forward to sharing and hearing the opinions from readers as well. The blog will be interactive for others to comment and share their own thoughts and experiences as well.
